Maurice Ravel died in 1937. A popular and famous composer whose works are still mainstream.
About the Music:
Daphnis et Chloé (”Daphne and Chloé”) is a ballet written between 1909–1912. This performance was conducted by Laurent Petitgirard, whose own works appear elsewhere on this blog.
